This policy explains what personal information Education Incorporated collects through this Site, why, and how it’s protected, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Depending on how you interact with this Site, we may collect: your name, phone number, and email address (Contact enquiry form); your child’s name and related details you choose to share; billing and delivery details for shop orders; and account login details if you register for a shop account. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Payfast — we never see or store them.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to admissions enquiries, process shop orders, and communicate with you about either. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How it’s protected

Enquiry and order data is stored on our website’s own systems. Payments are processed by Payfast, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Access to this information is limited to staff who need it to respond to your enquiry or fulfil your order.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent for us to hold it, subject to any information we’re legally required to retain. Contact the school office to make any such request.
