Fees
At Education Incorporated, we are committed to providing premium, value-driven education within a boutique learning environment. Our fee structure reflects our dedication to transparency, with no hidden costs or unexpected charges. Below is a detailed overview of our fees for the upcoming academic year. We celebrate the unique talents and abilities of every child. Our fees are carefully structured to accommodate various financial situations while maintaining our high education standards.
A one-time, non-refundable fee of R18,250.00 (incl. VAT) is required for each new student. This investment supports the school’s capital development, including infrastructure, technology, and equipment. It also covers initial uniform items, ensuring students start their journey with everything they need. Each student will also receive a complimentary Totem School Bag with their joining fee.

Grade 12 2025 Payment Structure
Please note the updated payment options for Grade 12 in 2025. For those not opting to pay annually or termly, monthly fees will be spread over 10 months (January to October) and require a debit order.

Optional Activities
Occasionally, we facilitate optional activities such as national or international excursions, competitions and other non-compulsory outings. These costs are not included in the standard fees and are communicated separately when the opportunity arises.
Extra Subjects
Students who choose to take additional subjects, such as Further Studies English or Further Studies Mathematics, will incur extra charges. These fees are not included in the standard tuition and are applied on an ad-hoc and pro-rata basis.
Trial Week Fee
We offer an immersive Trial Week for prospective students. The fee for this week is R1,500 (excluding VAT).

- Youngest sibling discount: 2% on school fees, if applicable.
- Termly School Fees: Three payments (due 1 January, 1 May, and 1 September) qualify for a 2% discount.
- Annual School Fees: One payment (due 1 January) qualifies for a 5% discount.
- Grade 12 Fees: Paid over 10 months (January to October).
- Termly and annual fees shown include applicable discounts and reflect the invoiced amounts.
- The annual curriculum fee is due by 1 January.
